RETURN POLICY

You can return the products you want to return within 10 days from the date you received the order, provided that they are unused. Products must comply with the return conditions in order to be returned. You can return the product you want to return, unused and undamaged in its original packaging, along with the original invoice and by filling out the return form completely.

Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If available, all standard accessories of the product must be sent undamaged and in their original packaging. Returns are not accepted for used and/or altered clothing items. If your return does not comply with the return conditions, the relevant product will be returned to your address by courier.

Products such as bikini, swimsuit, and underwear are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges and returns of products on sample sale days are not accepted.

Returns of products personalized on them are not possible unless they are not manufacturer-related.

 

Right of Return:

 Products purchased from the online store or Nefes Istanbul Showroom can only be returned at Nefes Istanbul Showroom.

You must deliver the products you want to return to Nefes Istanbul Textile on your own. All shipping costs incurred during the return are the responsibility of the customer. COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments will not be accepted.

Refunds:

If the products you return comply with the return conditions, refunds are made via the secure payment channel IYZICO, through which the purchase was made.

Refunds to your card will be made within 5-7 business days from the date we receive the return shipment. Due to banking procedures, transactions made in installments will be refunded in the same way.

EXCHANGE POLICY

10-day Exchange Right

Products purchased from the online store or Nefes showroom can only be exchanged at the Nefes central office.

You can return the products you want to exchange within 10 days from the date you received the order. We kindly ask you to send the product you want to exchange to the specified address, unused and undamaged in its original packaging, along with the original invoice and by filling out the exchange form completely. Please indicate "Exchange Request" on the return/exchange form and specify the size/color of the product you want to exchange for. If available, all standard accessories of the product must be sent undamaged and in their original packaging. Exchanges are not accepted for used and/or altered clothing items.

After checking the compliance of your product/products with the exchange conditions, the status of the exchange process will be notified to you by email as soon as possible. If the product you want is available in our stocks, it will be sent to you by courier within 3 business days. If the product is not available in stock, the amount you paid will be refunded to your account according to your payment method.
