All your orders will be shipped by DHL.

Your orders will be sent to your registered delivery address by courier within 1 to 5 business days. The delivery duration will vary for each country the Please check your delivery address before placing your order.

When your order is delivered, you can open and inspect your package with the courier representative. If the package is crushed, torn, opened, wet, etc., or if you encounter any unexpected situation or faulty product, do not accept the package. Ensure that the package is returned to us by the courier company by filing a report with the courier representative.

In accordance with the relevant legislation, service providers (postal-courier companies) record the following minimum information during the delivery of postal items to the recipient: the recipient's name, surname, ID number (passport number for foreign nationals, number of an equivalent document with international validity, or document number for identifying the person issued by the competent Turkish authorities), and maintain confidentiality for at least two years for submission to the relevant authorities when necessary. If the recipient does not want to provide their identity information, the shipment is not delivered and returned to the sender.


Return Shipment:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, the item(s) can be returned for a product exchange, store credit or refund within 7 days of the order’s delivery date. Shipping charges are not refundableIn case of a return the customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges and  Bank Transfer transaction fees. In order for returns to be accepted, all items must be in perfect condition with security tag and original packaging.
Returns are not accepted for items that have been labelled NON-RETURNABLE in the product description. These are usually seasonal or customizable items for which we are unable to accept returns.
NEFES reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online and in the Return Instructions accompanying an order. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order.
  • Product Exchange: Items can be exchanged for a different size or a different style.
  • Store Credit: Store credit can be used on a future order within 12 months of the return.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5 working days from the date when returned items have been checked and accepted. Refunds can only be remitted to the initial credit card, Iyzico or bank account used for paying for the order. Please note that processing time may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.
